3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Lune Hana reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information during checkout.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.
Lune Hana is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, customs, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues.

5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

At Lune Hana, we are committed to creating a thoughtful and effortless shopping experience. To maintain fairness and transparency, customers are requested to carefully review our policies before placing an order.

No Monetary Refunds

Lune Hana does not provide refunds to bank accounts, cards, UPI, wallets, or original payment methods.
Any approved refund will be issued exclusively in the form of a Lune Hana Gift Card.
Gift Cards issued against returns are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

Size Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are permitted subject to stock availability.
Requests for size exchanges must be raised within 2 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging intact.

Failed Pickup Policy

We work with reliable courier partners; however, in rare situations where pickup attempts fail due to courier limitations, customer unavailability, or non-serviceable conditions, a pickup fee of ₹149 may be applicable for return or exchange requests.
Pickup charges may vary depending on the selected pincode and courier service availability.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

Be unused and unwashed
Have all original tags attached
Be returned in original packaging
Show no signs of wear, perfume, damage, stains, or alterations

Lune Hana reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product does not meet the above conditions.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
By placing an order, customers agree to our strict no-cancellation and no-monetary-refund policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, product images, graphics, videos, designs, text, and branding elements are the exclusive property of Lune Hana.

Any unauthorised use, reproduction, distribution, or copying of our content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8. User Content & Social Media

By tagging, mentioning, or sharing content featuring Lune Hana products on social media, you grant us permission to repost or use such content for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lune Hana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the purchased product.
