At Lune Hana, we are committed to creating a thoughtful and effortless shopping experience for you. With care for both our customers and our process, we’ve outlined our exchange and return guidelines clearly below. We encourage you to review them carefully before placing your order, so your experience with us remains smooth and transparent.
🚫 No Monetary Refunds
We do not process refunds to cash or the original payment method. Any approved refund will be provided exclusively as a Lune Hana Gift Card, which can be redeemed on future purchases within a month.
Size exchanges are permitted, subject to stock availability.
🚫 Failed Pickup Policy
At Lune Hana, we work with reliable courier partners; however, on rare occasions, pickups may not be completed due to courier or delivery-related issues. In such cases, ₹149 pickup fee will be applicable for returns or exchanges in serviceable pincodes. This charge may vary depending on the pincode selected.
Items should be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
🔁 Size Exchange Policy
Size exchange requests should be placed within 2 days from the date of delivery.
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances, in line with our no-refund policy.
